Terms of Service
These terms apply to Zoosp accounts, subscriptions, uploaded footage, video timelines, highlight generation, team workflow notes, and related product access.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, organization details, user access, and activity performed through your Zoosp workspace.
Subscriptions and limits
Paid plans include monthly limits for processed video minutes, storage, saved reels, and product access. Zoosp may block new uploads or processing when limits are reached, while keeping existing content viewable where possible.
Uploaded footage
You keep ownership of footage you upload. You grant Zoosp permission to store, process, transcode, review, and render outputs from that footage only for the purpose of providing and supporting the service.
Video workflow outputs
Timelines, highlight candidates, summaries, tags, and team notes are assistive workflow outputs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a person before operational, commercial, or public use.
Human review required
Zoosp is not a scouting, hiring, eligibility, ranking, medical, legal, financial, or automated decision system. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use their own footage and materials.
People shown in footage
You are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, and permissions needed to upload sports footage, including where players, coaches, officials, spectators, minors, or other people appear in the video.
Acceptable use
Do not upload footage you are not allowed to use, content that violates law or platform rules, malware, or material that infringes rights of others. Zoosp may restrict accounts that abuse infrastructure or violate these terms.
Service availability
Zoosp is an evolving product. Features, providers, processing speed, and availability may change as the platform develops and as third-party infrastructure or AI providers change.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before renewal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund already-consumed video processing, rendering, storage, or subscription periods.
Billing provider
Payments, taxes, invoices, and subscription management may be handled by Zoosp's billing provider. Paid access is activated after Zoosp receives confirmation from the billing provider or applies a manual entitlement.
Changes
Zoosp may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
