Zoosp uses account, video, billing, and product data to operate sports video workflows safely and reliably.

Zoosp is the controller of personal information processed through zoosp.ai and its product subdomains. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to dev@zoosp.ai. Where a club, academy, or team manages footage, rosters, invitations, or player records, that organization is also responsible for its own collection and use of that information.
Zoosp collects account and profile details, organization and team membership, roster information, invitations, billing status, product usage, device and security logs, uploaded video and metadata, generated outputs, support messages, and information submitted through product workflows. Information may come from you, an organization administrator who invites or adds you, a billing provider, or the systems used to operate Zoosp.
Zoosp processes account, video, workspace, and billing information as necessary to provide the service and perform its agreement with customers. It processes security, reliability, fraud-prevention, product and traffic analytics, and limited operational records for legitimate interests in protecting, understanding, and improving the service where permitted by law. It processes billing or tax records where required by law. Optional session replay is processed only with consent, which can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
When footage is uploaded, Zoosp stores and processes it to provide private playback, timelines, highlight generation, team workflow notes, player-assignment drafts, ratings drafts, and related media outputs. Processing may include transcoding, temporary clips or frames, and requests to configured AI providers. Customers keep ownership of their footage and remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
Sports footage and rosters may include children or young players. The organization uploading footage or creating a youth roster must have the authority, notices, permissions, and any parent or guardian consent required by applicable law. Zoosp is not directed to children under 13. A person under 16 should not create or independently manage a Zoosp account unless permitted and supervised by their organization and parent or guardian where required.
Zoosp uses Google Analytics 4 for traffic, campaign, and acquisition measurement and an EU-hosted PostHog project for product events and journeys. These analytics operate when you use Zoosp and may use cookies or local storage to recognize a browser across visits and product subdomains. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Your optional session-replay choice is stored in a cookie shared across Zoosp subdomains and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
After sign-in, Zoosp may identify product analytics using the immutable account ID, email, account role, current plan, and organization or team IDs where available. Session replay requires your optional acceptance, is limited to signed-in product workflows, and is disabled on login, signup, password, profile, billing, checkout, and support pages; form inputs, account identity, private video, signed URLs, payment content, and sensitive dialogs are masked or excluded.
Zoosp does not send team names, player names, filenames, video URLs, prompts, generated analysis text, or free-text feedback to PostHog. Analytics URLs are sanitized to remove authentication codes, invite tokens, redirects, signed URLs, and arbitrary query parameters while retaining limited campaign parameters.
Zoosp uses service providers that may include Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare and R2 for delivery and object storage; Hetzner or another configured host for application processing; Google Gemini and OpenAI for configured AI processing; Dodo Payments for subscriptions and billing; Resend for transactional email; Google Analytics for acquisition measurement; and PostHog Cloud EU for product analytics and optional session replay. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their function. Zoosp does not sell personal information.
Payment details, receipts, tax information, and subscription portal features may be handled directly by Zoosp's billing provider. Zoosp stores billing status, plan, usage, customer identifiers, and entitlement information needed to provide access.
If you submit a contact, support, early partner, or billing request, Zoosp may use the submitted information to respond, troubleshoot, follow up, and improve the service.
Account, workspace, uploaded footage, and generated-output data are generally retained while the account or organization uses Zoosp and until an authorized user deletes them. Temporary processing files are removed after processing where technically practical. Security and diagnostic logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, support records for up to 24 months, and user-level analytics for no more than 14 months, unless a shorter period is configured. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations. Deletion from active systems may be followed by a limited backup-removal period.
Zoosp and its providers may process information in countries different from where you or your organization is located. PostHog product analytics are hosted in the European Union; other providers may process data in their documented service regions. Where required, Zoosp relies on contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism offered by the relevant provider.
Zoosp uses access controls, private object storage, signed media links, encrypted transport, role-based workspace permissions, and restricted service credentials to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to dev@zoosp.ai.
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information. You may withdraw optional session-replay consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal, and you may object to analytics processing by contacting Zoosp. Requests can be sent to dev@zoosp.ai and may require identity verification. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.
Zoosp may generate suggested events, highlights, player assignments, statistics, ratings, and coaching notes. These outputs are assistive drafts requiring human review. Zoosp does not use them to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about players or other people.
Zoosp may update this policy as products, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
