Zoosp collects account details, organization information, product usage, uploaded video metadata, support messages, and any information you submit through forms or product workflows.
Uploaded videos and processing
When you upload footage, Zoosp stores and processes it to provide private playback, timeline review, highlight generation, team workflow notes, and related media outputs. Processing may involve trusted infrastructure and model providers.
Human-reviewed outputs
Zoosp features are designed to assist video organization and media preparation. Outputs are suggestions for human review, and customers remain in control of how they use the reviewed material.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, enforce limits, improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers, and protect the platform.
Storage and vendors
Zoosp may use Supabase, Cloudflare/R2, model providers, payment providers, hosting providers, logging tools, analytics tools, and communication tools to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Billing information
Payment details, receipts, tax information, and subscription portal features may be handled directly by Zoosp's billing provider. Zoosp stores billing status, plan, usage, customer identifiers, and entitlement information needed to provide access.
Support and communications
If you submit a contact, support, early partner, or billing request, Zoosp may use the submitted information to respond, troubleshoot, follow up, and improve the service.
Retention and deletion
Account data, uploaded footage, generated outputs, and logs are retained as needed to provide the service, satisfy billing/support requirements, and protect platform integrity. You may request deletion or correction through Zoosp support.
International processing
Zoosp and its providers may process information in countries different from where you or your organization are located.
